DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Terms And Conditions are regulated by Agent Agreement between Experience Dubrovnik j.d.o.o and our customer.

In accordance with Art. 6 items 3 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism (Nar. No., No. 130/17)
any complaint you have, you are kindly ask to send in written by post or by e-mail on the following address:

Each complaint will be stored and carefully examined as soon as possible, not later than 15 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint cannot be resolved due to additional investigation, the client must be informed about it. Finally the client is informed of the complaint’s result.
Agent agreement
The contracting parties agree that customer intends to organize certain group, meeting and event in Croatia in the certain period and that Experience Dubrovnik will provide agreed services under the contracted prices.
Payment condition and cancelation fee policy
Detailed payment condition and cancelation fee policy are subject to be discussed and agreed for each group, meeting & event separately. Generally, 30% non-refundable deposit has to be paid upon confirmation.
Payment to Experience Dubrovnik has to be done by bank remittance order.We accept the following Credit Cards as well – Visa, Master Card.
Disclosure of Your Identity
We are collecting only basic information about customers which we are obliged to collect as travel agency. All information is strictly confidential and is available only where such information is necessary. Experience Dubrovnik j.d.o.o is committed to protect customer personal data.
